How do we get our products to your location?
If the product is being imported via container at one of the NY/NJ Terminals, your broker can send us the delivery order and we will arrange for the container to be picked up and delivered to our facility. For all other situations just provide the carrier of your choice with our address and have them call us for a delivery appointment.
How do we transmit our orders to you?
You may send your orders to us by email or fax but preferably email.
Do you charge extra if our orders are sent by phone?
We don’t accept orders over the phone. We need a document. To keep your cost low and our productivity high, we ask that all correspondence be done via email.
What are your shipping methods and costs?
We use all major carriers and will use any carrier that you wish to designate. The costs are the cost that the carrier charges.
Do you send email confirmations when the order is shipped?
We will send you a signed bill of lading and / or a tracking number when the order had shipped.
How much notice do you require to ship orders?
We require 24hrs. Notice to prepare an order for shipping. However we understand on occasion an urgent matter may arise and we will deal with that on a case by case basis.
